Wivenhoe Chapel Museum
The Wivenhoe Museum, located in the cemetery chapel, is now open on Saturdays and Sundays in the summer from 10am to 1pm. The cemetery is locate d between BelleVue Road and Stanley Road.
Like everything, from small acorns great oak trees grow. We have a small collection of exhibits at the moment but would like to see it grow. If you have an item that you believe would be of interest and you would like to donate or loan it to the Museum, please contact the Town Clerk – Tel: 01206 822864.
In this respect, we are also looking for volunteer custodians to donate a few hours of their time to assist with the museum. You can do this by contacting the Town Clerk.
