Article from the Evening Gazette, Friday, 15th May, 1998.

Cllr Bob Richardson at the wheel of the first community minibus, purchased in 1995, after several years of fund-raising by successive Wivenhoe Town Mayors.

The mis-spelling of the word Community by the sign-writers led to the mini-bus being known locally as the ‘Munty’ bus.
